Thank you for your interest in CCWA’s Customer Service Credential and Virginia Ready’s accompanying Scholar program! 

A member of the Virginia Ready team will be reaching out to you to help you register for the program and apply to be a Virginia Ready Scholar.

If you want to go ahead and get started, the next step is for you to download and complete the Workforce Credentials Grant application. This is CCWA’s form that will help determine your eligibility for registering for the course. Once completed, please send the form to Sandy Jones at sjones@ccwa.vccs.edu.

After registering for the course, you can then apply to be a Virginia Ready Scholar.
