In collaboration with Virginia’s Community Colleges (VCC), Community College Workforce Alliance (CCWA), and many of Virginia’s largest employers, we’ve guided thousands of scholars toward successful employment.
Qualified customer service representatives are needed now by some of our state’s largest employers. This course captures the core duties for a broad range of entry-level through first-line supervisory positions. This certification is an endorsed credential that helps employers distinguish qualified customer service professionals and define career advancement opportunities.
