As a founding partner of Virginia Ready, Sentara Healthcare remains a champion for economic mobility for Virginia Ready Scholars. Not only does Sentara hire scholars for their open positions, we also partner with the Sentara College of Health Sciences for their Medical Assistant and Patient Care Technician Programs.
With a direct hiring pipeline, Virginians that enroll in these courses and become scholars, have the opportunity to secure a career with a Sentara Hospital at the conclusion of their program and successful credential completion.
